can this work for a one draw state , like louisiana ?

   The base for 6245 is 4657.You got that,but the pending keys are 1830 and 7249(not 2910).You would then break down your pending keys into sets such as 183_ ,180_ ,130 ,830_.(The 183 set takes precedence over the 180 set.Then 180,130,830)Same with the 7249 key(724_  729_  749_  249_ )

   You can concentate on one set (1830) or play a few from each pending key.If a certain digit or digits have been out for some time,then concentrate on the keys with that or those digits in them.

lotto bux-I appreciate the reply, today texas had 6931 and 5334, Not playing for real just trying to train my eyes for texas trends since it's pretty hard to hit here

Using Chart :locate 3 elements of recent draw, example 8363 of July 21, which is subset of  BASE (colored first row of chart) 6358, select the two Pending keys 7249/1830  as your picks to play.

Your system correctly guessed 3 out of 4 digits....

But in california we only get paid if we hit all 4 digits..

Is there something more to this?

Is just  system to evolve, you don't expect me to do a work out for the x option? sure , you get paid  if you hit all 4 digits for all p4 games!( I thought there so many options of betting, Front/back three ......)!

You can deduced most of your x for your state trend, eg if your key was 0214, and you had a hit 2103, your x is 3, since the Base keys are  recurring, you have to do more test for each base, write down most frequent missed hits (123x).

                                         OR 

USE THE LOGICAL DEDUCTION BELOW:

From above data, your trigger base was 4657 from three elements 467 of draw 7647, the base tells you to pick two sets of key 1830 and 7249.

Finding x for pending key 1830:  The pending key elements 1,8,3,0 + three  elements of trigger base  467 are  subset of this ten element set called the Pool(0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9). 

Cancel the pending key/s 1830 and trigger 467 from the Pool and you are left with  elements 2,5,9, these are your x for 1830.

If you decide to play the other base 7249, use the same deduction,  elements 7,2,4,9,+ 4,6,7 fom the ten pool elements and your x for 7249 will be 0,1,3,5,8.

X option=[ Pool elements -(pending base+3 elements of trigger base)]

Logic:Three elements of a base projects 4 elements of pending keys , leaving you 3 elements of the pool. This works most of the time, save when you   have double draws, be mindful that percentage of 1234 draws>1224>1112>1111.

Consider a FRONT or BACK bet option in a 24way combo for continous bankroll !.look up the qouted data for Va, using the Base system.
