Dang, I'm seeing so many hits anywhere from the first day down to the 4th day. I was trying to narrow the picks down by counting whatever number I used in it's original form, not the conversion number.
Example: Many many many many many like this, just ONE example.
Florida, August 1, 2012

Next day in Florida eve winner was 087 which can be located top row, 3rd combo across. So i was trying to figure if there was a way to narrow it down to that combo. I tried many ways, but the best way was to use the original number we used which was 327. If I use each number and count that number across each row, most of the time we will get the correct combo, and sometimes we will get right next door to the combo.
In this case, which there are many more examples of, we first use the 3 in 327 and count across the first row and BAM we got the winning number boxed with 780. Of course it's easier to see it after the draw, so we'd have to play 3 across on the top row, 2 across on the top row, and 7 across on the top row, then do the same for each row. Definitely cuts down on the numbers.
Here's some florida examples:

next row down: 3=973 1= 169 7= 258
next row down: 3=666 1=296 7=546
Last row bottom: 3=713 1=277 7= 258

Next day on July 3, the winner on eve was 616
Now this is what I was talking about earlier with neighbor numbers. Do you see the bottom row 7th across?A straight hit with 616

I won't do the workout again because you get the idea. But in this example we see that once again, the neighbor wins with a STRAIGHT. BTW, when there is a "0" in a number, caount it as a "10". So the 0 in 308 would count 10 across.
Here's the list of numbers:
127-112-691
472-713-867
547-223-962
997-321-053
The next day, July 6 eve winner was 905
So the moral of the story is to play the neighbor numbers, it's still less costly than playing all 40 combos.
BTW, these examples are just a fraction of the test I ran in the last 2 hours. This is common place, not the exception. Test it out in your state.
