You'll probably find something like this post I'm about to make in a book or maybe it'll get copied but I don't really care at this point because I like to share information for free and not expect to make money off something that can change people's lives; only soulless greedy scum would do that.

I want to start playing this game and perhaps post my numbers since the prizes are not pari-mutual; I should have really started earlier if I knew beforehand it would come out. I'm starting to believe that in order to have a good chance at this game on a daily basis (like actually winning a prize every 2.25 games played instead of 1:4.5 which is what true odds expect) we'd have to see the pre-test results which would tell us a lot more than the other existing TLC games with those statistics.

I understand that after watching past winning numbers and pre-test results will not affect the outcome or odds of the next drawing. However, if pre-test results revolve around a group of only 24 balls being drawn 48 times (as compared to a pick-3 chamber where a group of 10 balls are drawn 4 times) before a final winning draw, we can certainly speculate on what will and won't come up next.

For example I've always waited until 8:20 PM when the TLC uploads the pre-test results for Cash 5 and this has helped me win at least 1:3.25 games I played, compared to just seeing past winning results when I used to win just 1:6 games played (odds suggest 1:8), and this is all using the same method for watching both types of statistics, be it wheeling or number spacing systems. The catch is that I'm not doing this anymore because I was still never lucky enough to get a tier 2/1 prize while I played so the 1:3.25 odds just wasn't good enough. I did win a tier 2 prize for Texas Two Step though while I was a beginner who started looking at pre-test results so maybe that made up for this future bad luck :P

TLC's pre-test rules states this: "The Texas Lottery performs at least four pre-tests before every All or Nothing drawing. An All or Nothing ball set passes the pre-tests if the same five balls are not drawn more than four times." Because of this, there will be instances where 1-4 numbers will be drawn four times or more and the TLC will still let it fly. Let's use this to our advantage somehow.

Something I thought of could really help us out for such a weird game, like a grid chart that would show something like this:

DRAWS:     1|2|3| etc.

balls:     1 |O|X|O

              2 |X|X|X

              3 |O|O|X

         etc.

X for hit and O for non-hit. We can then look both ways as to whether focus on numbers that hit or that don't. All the draw #s can then focus on one specific ball set # that was used for the particular drawing. For example, All or Nothing ball set #4 was used on 9/20/2012 NIGHT, 9/20/2012 DAY, and perhaps other previous days. We would simply start taking statistics from the first time ball set #4 was used and find slight biases that there may be and truly speculate on what may come to draw. The chart will easily let us watch for clusters and skips which I think are more important to look for in a game like this. We would keep the same charts UNTIL the TLC switches the machines that are used or bring in another group of ball sets 12,13,14,15, etc. replacing the original ball sets of 2,3,4,etc. The switches usually happen at the beginning of a month.

That, then we must assume that the majority of games we play we will get a 5-7 hit. We should rather try to come up with something that will give us 3-4/8-9 hits for every 2 games we play rather than aim to miss or hit everything. That's because I know we can be skillful but only up to an extent (just by winning a bit more often than what odds suggest) and not of that to be able to get a tier 1 prize at will; we let god/nature/luck strike us at Its will.

As to what exactly to watch for, I'll need some time to figure that out or maybe someone or Serge can post and help a bit with more information on how to pick numbers :) I also need to jot down exactly what times the TLC will upload pre-test results prior to the 4 drawings they make. I know that for Day and Night drawings for the pick3/4 games are 11:50 AM(though sometimes they delay until 12:00 which sucks because draw break is less than 30 minutes from the pre-test results) and the night drawing being at 8:10-8:20 PM(this is the drawing time I rely on the most)
