I notice that your chart doesn't factor digit 0 (zero) in it. 

So will digit 0 (zero) only come by mirroring digit 5 ?

Will you be posting a similiar chart for pick 4 ?

Zero will factor in eventual Pick 4 chart, zero is less frequent from the system perspertive, look out at the Base keys, you can  modify depending on State digit trend.

For occasional players, focus solely on Base 291 with 465 picks.Look out  for only draw history with sub base 291

Why is this?...Do you find that Base 291 and Recur 465 get the most hits? Thanks

Some folks play the game occassinally, some for budget or strategy. 291 Base is a good trigger point( do a month test for your state based on 291). Is all about few hits with big payout, don't try to catch every base, be dilligent and concise with your betting strategy. I play the game 4 or 5 times in a month, i stick to only day or night, i play my picks  in advance(usually 5 draws, this prevents me from changing a Base before time frame is up). 

NB: The strategy is based on THE PREMISE OF RECUR, understanding this fact(test it) is critical!

Play smart  by using RECUR with 0,1,2,3.  use the first 2 digits of recur to generate your pairs, eg. if my recur is 724, my pair will be 72 and 74 and my final picks will be 720-721-722-723-740-741-742-743.

Your choosen picks should be played for at least 4 days( multiple hits possibly within the time frame).

Let's say you sub 91 of draw 917 of nov 1, with Base 291 gives Recur  465, then your Picks 465-461-468-
463-451-458-453-651-658-653 should be played for 4 days.

Sub 54 of date nov 5, with Base 465 gives Recur 183 giving Picks 183-184-186-185-134-136-135-834-836-835 out on

back tested randomly in ohio 2012 pick3 and it works nicely for straights, within usally 5 draws using up to 30#'s a draw...most times 24#'s..so a $350to $440 profit on most times played..very good!

took a quick look at pick 4 works as well, as a triplet # to get the next recur triplet # with a x a fourth digit.

Reduce your time frame and play reduced double picks, is more economical with  effective returns.

Stratergy: align the Bases 635>724>465>183>291, now go back at most 6 draws,find the SUB pairs of draws, cancel it's corresponding Base(eg if my draw was 189, my sub pairs will be 18 and 19 corresponding to BASES 183 and 291) till you have Two Bases, Play correspondiing  Doubles picks (12 lines,few lines, a box yields $80, str/box $330)

You can use the aligned base method to reduce your picks and play only distinct digits. Remember % of distinct draws> than doubles.  see workout explanation for the State of  TN below.

Start by reducing Bases based on your   draw SUB Pairs,from dates oct 31 to  nov 3, you had Sub pairs 27,74,92,27 ,29,64 corresponding to Bases 724,291,465. Now you are left with Bases 635 and 183, play picks under these Recurs, you can choose to play only double picks(12 lines) or distinct (20 lines), or you can reduce it further with next sub pair. Results:for remaining Base 635, your distinct and double picks are 635-637-632-634-657-652-654-357-352-354 and Double 663-665-336-335-556-553.

Base 183, your picks are 183-184-186-185-134-136-135-834-836-835 and 118-113-881-883-331-338

352(box) , 184(box) and 135 (str) drawn on nov 7, 8 and 9 . The clue is to reduce your time frame by reducing your BAses/Recurs, look at the trends of doubles/distinct draws for your state and decide. Is all about betting strategy,'cos the Premise of Base is already established.GL

So the idea is to mirror one of the digtis to use as a base?? " Using Chart:Look for 2 pairs in recent draw in the BASE, The Recur  becomes your  Pair Generators,eg. if your state draw is 224 , my base will be 724 and my generating pair recur  will be 465. "

You have a very good system but this one would be easier to follow is put in excel.

Thks for excel suggestions, the truth is I am not good at it, but if someone out there can gather the data of charts 1 and 2 of this thread and knit ii nicely into excel for Lp members it will be great.

The Premise of the system is finding a 3-digit base  which predicts a  PENDING/RECURING  3 digits  as base workout, winning with system is more of 'Betting strategy' than numbers showing up. You start betting when the parameters of the system, ie subpairs or triggers is located in draw history(You used the word 'mirror', I take it as locating subpairs, not lottery term) for a BASE which gives the PENDING/RECURRING keys.Now you simple reduced you Time of Bet(Budget concern), by reducing your Bases hence the Recurs hence your picks. Be mindful that the Bases are cyclic(TEST IT).
