Trials and tribulations of a self-picker. I'm a retired, low income widower. I play the lottery often for entertainment. I choose my numbers using a paper/pen workout.
(See www.lotterypost.com/thread/252350}
Spending $2 per drawing is my limit. Here is the Playsheet for my Texas Pick3 plays effective 1206N. 17 1A 3 8 15 4B 4 7 5 7C 1 0 11 0R 8 2 17 2A 14 9 2 5B 6 5 9 8C 2 6 18 3A 10 3 - 6B 7 1 - 9C * 4
Using my intuition, instincts, experience and visual analysis of several tracking charts, I decided to base my plays as follows:
One Box combination using Gap Number Structure: 1110 (one A, one B, one C) Specific combination: Gap Alpha Structure 'CAB', (7C2A4B), Lottery Numbers '097'. One Box combination using Gap Number Structure: 1020 (one A, two Cs) Specific combinaton: Gap Alpha Structure 'CAC', (7C2A8C), Lottery Numbers '096'. Plays: 097 & 096 (Exact and Box, just in case) $2
Results:
1206N = 576 BBC 0210 1207D = 406 CCC 0030 1207N = 963 ACA 2010 1208D = 807 ACB 1110 1208N = ??? I sometimes wish I would miss by a mile!! I hate being in the ballpark but not scoring any $$$. Going to step back and regenerate for Monday.

ALL Sorry about the typo in post title, and incorrect Link reference format. Thanks BobP for providing correct reference. The first post in the New Lottery Substitution System is on Page 5 in the Lottery Systems forum.
The winning combination in the Texas Pick 3 lottery for 1208N is '015' I'm going to conduct an evaluation of the system data and choose new G# structures - maybe.
You know, people come to Lottery Post seeking ideas, assistance, to copy, to learn, to steal, to (whatever) to improve their lottery playing situation.
We all want to win more than we loose.
There are a ton of ideas available at this Forum. Whether they are good, bad, dumb, useful, understandable, realistic, logical, stupid or (whatever) is an individual decision.
There are numerous systems, workouts, strategies posted here. Again, whether they work or not is up to individual users.
It seems many folks are seeking easy ways to win. They want to push a computer key and have breakfast served in bed, so to speak.
The reality is that there are no magic systems, no easy ways to win, except for those few folks who are blessed and win at just about everything they are involved in.
But, winning the lottery for the vast majority of us is hard work. We get out of it what we put into it, is something that applies.
I've been working on a playing workout for lot of years. Using the space available free of charge at this Form, I've posted my progress. Whether or not members and visitors find my suggestions useful is their problem. It works for me, but not all the time, of course.
Ratings are meaningful to some folks, but I don't pay that much attention to the 'stars'. If Bean finds my posts a distraction, he or she can always NOT open the posts.
Bottom line, I think the owner of this site encourages posts that provide useful ideas, as opposed to trivia. No one is obligated to use anything available here. I think my posts will provide insight on how well or how poorly one particular strategy is doing in the face of great odds. I hope one day to brag about a significant win. Until then, it's all about entertainment. Enjoy! Bobby623

I laughed too.....Just gave it 5 stares to even it out. I'm sure Beans is just busting chops. In my opinion the rating system is somewhat broken or at best confusing.
On the main forum page you can click on the stars box for the thread and a box opens showing who rated what.
On the thread page, what ever star you hover over when you click the box expecting it to open to accept your vote, turns out to be your vote. I've had a couple of people pm me saying they didn't intend to vote 1 or 2 for my book thread and not even Todd (at the time) could fix it.
And yes, if someone invents a system where I can click, click, click and get a winner often enough to remain in profit, I'll take it !!! I find it really weird the big jackpot continues to escape me, while I have no problem winning the one in a million booby prize lottery, mouse in the soda can kinda prize thingie.
