There are so many different pick 3 systems out there but I think mine is the best because of the profits made each week.Here is my pick 3 system:

In the pick 3 game there are a total of 55 pairs(45 singles + 10 doubles).I have mathematically broken down the 55 to only 20 pairs .They are broken into 2 groups "low frequency and high frequency" :

                                                              Low frequency pairs = 02,13,04,59,68,79      High frequency pairs = 06,24,15,08,35,17,26,19,28,37,46,39,48,57

The low frequency pairs hit approx.40 %  and the high frequency pairs hit approx.60 % of the time. Both groups do have a hot and cold period once in a while.Now keep those pairs in mind(low + high frequency pairs) .Here is the next step of my system: There are 210 numbers for a box hit .90 of the 210 are doubles.I have divided the remaining 120 into 3 groups. The first group consist of only the high frequency pairs,total of 57 numbers=

                                                                      2 odd+1 even = 019,037,127,235,145,039,057,129,237,147,345,156,239,257,149,347,167,356,158,349,457,169,367,178,358,369,567,189,378 (total of 29 numbers)

By watching the low and high frequency pairs for the state im playing,i get a good ideal of what group to play,also by keeping track of the 3 rd number for the low and high frequency pairs and just playing the high probabilities gives me a profit almost every day.My profit is always more than my investment.Hope this helps everyone,please feel free to ask any related questions and I will answer in a timely manner.

I suggest you convert your frequency pairs into strings , and filter it with historical date range, till your get only 4 picks, this way, winning becomes betting strategy or your  group of picks into a data base filter it the same for few picks. I see  no difference between the  frq pairs and generated picks.

Lets take the low and high frequency pairs into string(assuming order of digits follows a format ,else is no different from 01,12,23,......8,9):

$021304596879$  and $0624150835172619283746394857$.  choose any of the string and reduce it by x past draws till you get  Atmost 3 digits,

and see what happens. Since 123 draws are most frq percentage-wise, delete repeated digits in strings (unless one's targeting double bets).
