Target Play Due States, the best states to play my numbers in but not the only state(s) since any number can fall any where at any time. Here's a list of the Target Play Due States as of Saturday 01/05/2013: Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois/Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolona, Texas, Virginia and Washington, D.C. If your state is one of the Target Play Due states then keep watch on my Hot Pick-3 to fall soon in your state game. Georgia nailed a good one for us today in the midday game (5-6-2) fell str8! Congratulations to those players playing ON-LINE using my Hot Pick-3 for tonight (4-9-4) ALL States, at twenty five cents stragiht all states (34) the cost was $8.50 to win $225.00 net profit of $216.50. You guys can now do a progressive lattering in which you now play the picks for fifty cents straight to win $450.00. Those of you playing in the state of Minnesota, of course you only had one state to play in so a One dollar straight bet won you $500.00 playing in state at your local Lottery Retailer and $900.00 playing ON-LINE. For those playing my ALL State strategy if you have been playing since the beginning of the year then you are playing One dollar straight and twenty five cents Box on the Hot Pick-3 of the day. For the midday games (27) states at a cost of $33.75. If you have just began play from yesterday then you are playing fifty cents straight on the number ON-LINE to win $450.00 at a cost of $13.50. Of course those just playing in their own state you have just one state to play in so your cost is at least $1.50 which is One dollar straight and fifty cents Box.
