Is all about perspective, some folks like the approach of historical data by adjusting probabilities, I like the approach of confidence interval where data is more forward looking(forward-testing), which means I have to create my own data-The concept of recurrence is good start

Are they random numbers or did you use past history to derive them? Are the digits uniformly distributed throughout the numbers?

All numbers are random, based on the POOL 0 through 9. I chose the frequentist approach in data inference, meaning prior data has no impact on future event(just my opinion, we can agree to disagree). I am not discounting the classic historical approach, i find it stressful, meaning probability or should say probabilities need to be adjusted as you gather data, which in itself is impacted by then events (parameters etc), I just like to create my own data> whether is sum, pairs etc, whatever parameter i chose should follow the concept of recurrence (a good read on prediction interval or predictions points if interested).

I would like to think I am not in either camp and always open to any and all ideas. I was just curious on how they were derived.
