  I would ask if he/she were happier now, or if they just traded one set of problems in for another?

  I would ask if he/she lays awake at night worrying about losing it all?

  I would ask if he/she plans to spend it all or if they are trying to make it last for future generations?

  but I think I'd ask questions regards to if they chose to move into a snooty gated community or something a bit remote/isolated and what security measures have they've chosen ??

  All of the millionaires I have met have been surprisingly candid about how they acquired their wealth.

  I imagine a lottery winner would be the same way.....i.e. "Just got lucky." They know they would be ignorant giving any other explanation.

  As far as lifestyle they would probably just tell you the same things you hear on LCML marathons

  If the chances of winning the jackpot are so slim, why play when the jackpot is so small? Your chances never change, but the potential payoff does.
  If a crystal ball showed you the future of the rest of your life, and in that future you will never win a jackpot, would you still play?
