Sure MMX,
Draws 1 to 100 contain 5 all odds and 6 all evens.
They also contain 1 odd and 1 even that repeats within 3 draws.
100 draws are about 1 months worth. If the other 300 draws you posted are more, or less, the same I'd be worried.
If your 400 draws contained 22 odd and 22 even (11 times 4 divided by 2) you would have odd or even hitting 11% of the time, which is troublesome.
I would look for an odd or even to sleep for 12 draws then start betting. Or once I take the plunge I might just wait for 12 draws after a win before diving in again.
I would use a progression of 1,1,1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,3,4,4,5,6.
My number would have to go silent for 27 consecutive draws (12+15) before I get stopped out and reset.
Line 12 we start betting, $1 boxed, $10 on the odd and $10 on the even.
We hit at line 16, 068. Profit $40.
Line 28 resume progression on even.
Line 28 I get stopped out on odd. Loss $450.
Line 40 resume progression on odd.
Line 40 hit on even, 12 steps on progression. Profit $80.
Line 49 hit on odd, 9 steps on progression. Profit $100.
Line 53 resume progression on even.
Line 55 hit on even, 2 steps on progression. Profit $60.
Line 62 resume progression on odd.
Line 71 hit on odd, 9 steps on progression. Profit $100.
Line 68 resume progression on even.
Line 78 hit on even, 10 steps on progression. Profit $70.
Line 84 resume progression on odd.
Line 96 hit on odd, 12 steps out. Profit $80
Line 81 resume progression on even.
Line 91 hit on even, 10 steps on progression. Profit $70.
Line 109 resume progression on odd.
Line 110 hit odd. Profit $70.

I suspect if one runs through all 400 results you posted the profit would far outstrip the likely 2 to 4 stop-outs.
The first 110 lines produced $220 in profit.
The gambler who wins consistently grows wagers. Eventually your progression can move to 2,2,2,2,2,3,3,3,4,4,4,5,5,6,7, then bump it up another $1 on each.
