Hi bobby. Well, I'm glad you cut me some slack and decided to continue chatting with me after saying we should go our separate ways. So, let me elaborate on your post point by point and then I'll include a very, very good article which I honestly recommend and hope you'll read. It's very telling about lottery games and the winners thereof.
you really believe that lottery officials have a means to manage the output from the daily game machines!!
Depends on what type of machines you're talking about, bobby. If it's anything RNG and software-based then, yes, they absolutely have the means to manage the output. However, this is typically monitored on the larger JP-type games such as Iowa's Hot Lotto where Tipton did exactly that. There's nowhere near enough money involved for anyone to take such a chance on the small, fixed payout games even with a RNG deal. It's definitely nearly bullet proof to rig an honest and live, mechanical ball draw game and, no, I don't subscribe to that notion.
some folks believe the outcome of one drawing determines the outcome of a subsequent drawing.
Actually, yes, we've shared a reasonable amount of information proving that one draw will definitely compliment the next one in terms of repeating digits be it in a different position or the same position(s). It doesn't happen in every single draw but, what we're talking about here are the averages of matching numbers based on trackable information over 'X' amount of time-draws. bobby, do you keep up with what's being discussed?
The repetition we see is coincidental and short-lived.
Please tell me that you're only kidding, bobby...please. I have more respect for you than to believe you don't honestly subscribe to non-repeating digits as a fundamental means of matching numbers for the next draw. Don't make me and many others here provide readily available proof.
Some folks believe the results of the Texas morning drawing determines the evening drawing in another state
Well, to their defense, we're only dealing with 0-9 and if they take results from Texas and apply a simple one-up/one-down deal then, they're almost sure to match something, okay. It's all relevant based on how many combos are actually predicted. I can post a list of (25) combos for 'all states' while matching one number lots of times and two with a little luck of the draw.
Yes, pre-tests are a 'ruse' the lottery folks use to disrupt trends.
Thank you for your honesty, bobby! They know they do it we and so do we! It can almost be accepted as a compliment because they're acknowledging the presence of very savvy lottery players. However, they can keep that compliment and just give me true, untainted draws!!
We can object, but nothing will change.
Sadly, you're 100% correct.
If you believe the pre-tests are preventing you from winning, you can always visit a Bingo Hall.
You took a clean shot at me! One shot, one hit! I had it coming and that's fine. No, all their BS tests do not prevent me from winning at all which I recently disclosed in another thread. It does, though, delay things and throws off one's tracking. So........which Bingo Hall do you play at????? I'll meet you there and we can rig the cards!!
On a serious note though, please read over the link provided and especially notice the bullet farther down with Eddie Tipton next to it. As it goes on, they talk about 'professional lottery players' and how they win. bobby, there are people out there that understand what it takes to win...especially on the small games.
