Some interesting stuff going on in FF5.
Number 20 is the hits leader of October with 7 hits. #12 has taken possession of the top hitter of the year with 52 hits, and #4 finally came home last night having sat out the last 43 drawings and now there are no numbers without a hit in October. That #12 has been fooling me all year. It's averaging 5.2 hits per month and has always been among the top hitters of 2022, but it wasn't until very recently that it broke out and claimed the top spot. We'll see what #23 does in November and December. #23 has 50 hits for the year (as does #10) but only 2 hits in October. It'll need another hit in October to stay close to #12 and have at least 5 hits in both October and November to have a chance to over take #12 and be the top hitter of 2022. .
The twenty's number group has 35 hits this month with the teens close behind it with 33. If the twenty's hit the most in October, they'll have done that for four consecutive months.
I don't post here too much about consecutive drawings of adjacents because it's hard to see them without a graph my software shows to me. But because #20 is the hottest number in October I'm going to mention it. Last Monday night #18 was drawn as an adjacent. Last night #19 was drawn as an adjacent. That makes the beginning of a possible three day (or longer) run of adjacents IF #20 is drawn tonight, so it may be worth playing #20 tonight.
In the past there have been many times when runs of 4 drawings of 4 consecutive adjacent numbers were drawn. It happens more than players think it would, but because it's so hard to see it, it goes unnoticed. You have to really be looking for it to spot it unless you have the software that I have and use. The last time it happened was August 31st through September 3rd.
Aug 30th's numbers 6 13 24 25 34
Aug 31's numbers 4 12 18 20 25 (#12 was an adjacent to #13 in the previous draw)
Sep 1st's numbers 2 4 13 21 28
Sep 2nd's numbers 11 14 15 21 34
Sep 3rd's numbers 15 22 30 33 36
Sep 4th's numbers 12 20 25 35 36
The four day run of adjacents stopped with Sept 4th's drawing because #16 was not drawn.
It's rare but it does happen... there have been five day runs of adjacents, and I believe I once noticed a six day run of them. What many players do when they see a run of adjacents is play the next adjacent number in sequence in the next drawing and continue to do that until the run stops. G5
