This workout is for all states. It is perfect for people that like to play online. You might see some states get 12, 13, 14 hits or more in a month, and then a few might not get but 3 or 4. It's different from state to state and month to month.
You should do this workout on the first of the month, but it'll work using any day of the month. The number sets should be used for at least 30 days. It's designed that way. Study it and learn it.
Do not ask me to do it for you because I will not. If you have questions, bring it!
Here is the system below showing the workout for May 2023 . . .
Starting with 501 -> this is the same as 5/01 for the first day of the month of May
501 -> notice that the 5 and 0 mirror each other
434 -> now minus -1 from 5=4, then flip 0=3, then flip 1=4 (flipping is adding +3 to any digit)
9 -> 9 is the mirror of 4. Why the 4? Because it repeats itself.
(mirror scale = 0=5 1=6 2=7 3=8 4=9 / 5=0 6=1 7=2 8=3 9=4)
NOTE: Whenever you have digits in the workout that repeat, or mirror each other, these will be used to make up the doubles and triples play list described below.
Again, any digit that repeats, you will need the mirror of that digit, and or, any digits that are already mirrored, will be used for doubles and triples play lists.
Now you create a number string from the below like this 501439 (don't include the 2nd digit 4, we need only one of them) Read the workout box below from left to right and top to bottom

Make your triples with the double digits

IMPORTANT NOTE: Each of the 12 monthly workouts will be a little bit different. See the difference between May above and June below the way the digits are in the workouts. But once you have the workout completed for a month, save it for next year because it will never change unless you decide to do the workout on a different day other than the 1st.
