  To be honest  this post is not as clear cut as I hoped.

  Certainly there are enough combos (targets)

  to insure a hit.

   

  You see long out short sum 0,2 7 needs to be hit.

  At the very least Short sum 2 or 7 should fall.

   

  I see a notion of Root sum 1 or 6 falling and it may involve digit 1 or 6

  because
