  You didnt have one choice I like......Once in a "blue moon".  I almost never play Triples since there are only 10.  Have found that more combinations of 3 different digits that Sum Total 11-20 play more then anything.

  We've had 5 Triples hit in Texas since 2-3-2003.  The last Triple to hit was 32 days ago.  There were 36 days between the first two Triples in 2003; then 120 days before the next triple; 90 days for the next triple and has now been 32 days since the last triple.

  If you take the number of days between the first and last Triple and average them out there is 82.666 days.  Since there are 60-122-32 thus far &  a Triple ever 100 days the next Triple in Texas would seemingly be due in about 18 days which would make it 52 days between the last two Triples.

  Otherwise Triples are going to hit just like Doubles with spans of shortness and longness between the hits.  Doubles generally play every 8-10 days, however, we've had 3 Doubles in 3 Days here of late.  Have also seen it go 30 days without a Double.

  I don't want to offend any of the triples players out there because there are a lot of them.  But if triples come in once out of every 100 draws on average and you're playing all ten triples, you're doomed to a 50% loss over the long run which is exactly what would happen with quick picks.

  Now let's say you wait 100 draws without a triple (which would only happen once or twice a year for one-draw states) and then start betting all triple combos until one hits.  If a triple comes in before the 50th subsequent draw then you've made a profit. But since the opportunity is so infrequent, and the fact that it might take more than 50 more draws to get a triple, I don't see it as a viable or very profitable approach to the game.

  I totally ignore Triples because they don't hit often enough for a Professional player.Recreational Players would do well playing triples since there not really trying to make a profit from the game.

  Usually after 90 days I play them mostly on the weekends, Fri. or Sat. and if I notice a number that haven't come out during that time, I may spend a dollar on that particular no. Most of the triples that have hit down here seem to like the weekends so I just play them all for 5.00 mostly on the weekends and only after 90 to 100 draws.

  Hello there,

  I realize that your poll and forum are about ---triples and how often played.A person like myself does not hang on one gender of numbers for very long.For many months I sweated over a matrix construct that does not give you an edge on any particular bet win. For the time being, that is until I can rustle up some more information that will coinside with this construct, I am quite satisfied with what I win.From this past Saturday until the midday game today, I managed four wins---all boxs. To me the idea is to win. Nothing is too small or of course too large. I have just this week started using my creation and as you will see on the Ohio forum, it works. In closing I would not agree to blow money on possibilities like triples alone. What stands out is what I will play!

  Teufellj, hey is the the first time you've had this type of luck each day & do you always play that many numbers boxed- or str/boxed daily.

  Complicated question about wins....I have taken many, many pick3 games through the years and many substantials ($500.00's) For quite a few months of hard mental labour and hours of keyboard work I finally am beginning to reap just rewards. If you went to our Ohio forum which I believe that you have, you saw Saturday thru today at midday the results. This person consorted with himself and cobbled together a matrix that started this last Saturday.

   Yes ma'am, what you see posted is what I play. I could go the wheeled bets but I keep a low profile and play boxed games. Should a straight or straight-box hit good for me and whomever but as you can see, four hits at $83.00 is not a bad paycheck so far and rising. I rarely will post less than two sets but average around the twenty set mark at $1.00 per play.
