"The Old Man's Zeros Trick"

The old man's zero trick is a great way to learn about Pick-3 patterns and digit frequency. It's also a very good thing to help you remember each time you see a ZERO. This trick works in about 90% of the cases and good in all states.

O.K. this trick you really will have to play at Home in your on state on your own State's P-3 data base.

1. Run your finger down the hits on your data base and each time you see a Zero ......stop.

2. Now, look around that Zero for either a digit # 3 ...or...digit #6.

*They are always there about 90 % of the time ...one or the other

Examples:

A.  123        B.  467        C.  105 *

204              669            381

297               301             445

3. Sometimes the Zero will hit with both the digit 3 and 6 ...but most times it is one or the other.

Remember 90% of the time when you see a Zero there is always a 3 or 6 near by. Those times a 3 or 6 has not hit with the Zero it means another Zero is about to hit.

Check your own State's data base out and find the Zero's. Look at the day before ......if no 3 or 6 then look at the day the Zero hit for the 3 or 6 .....if there wasn't Well,.....you better get ready for a 3 or 6 to Hit The Next Day !

Remember .....3's or 6's love to touch or hit the

1.day before Zero hits.

2...the day of the zero hit

3..or this is the best part... (the *next day after the Zero hits)!

(otherwise look for another zero to hit) and then the 3 or 6

The only real failure .....is the failure to try.

Luck is a very rare thing....... Odds not so much.

Odds never change .....but probability does.

hmmm... U could also see that all the other remaining 7 digits are around the zero as the 3 & 6 are. Take for example :1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, & 9. Replace 3 & 6 w/ 1 & 2, or 1 & 4, or 1 & 5, or 1 & 7, or 1 & 8 or 1& 9, or 2 & 4, or 2 & 5 or, 2 & 7, or 2 & 8, or 2 & 9, or 4 & 5, or 4 & 7, or 4 & 8, or 4 & 9, etc. ( fully wheel it with the 3 & 6 as well, all nine digit wheel). U could also replace the digit 0 with any other digit, and all the remaining 9 digits will revolve near that one digit as much as the 3 & 6 revolve near the 0 (as said in the above old man trick).Basically, this isn't really a trick. There is not a guarantee that a particular digit(s) will continue revolving near another particular digit (digit 0 in the said trick above).  If a certain lottery past drawing happens to fall in that trick (90% of the time 3 or 6 being near a 0 trick), then the stats are still not helpful. Basically, randomness just happened to come out that way. Not a sure bet. On an average (infinite drawing) they all should average out to the same. Choosing certain digits in particular is not consistent. I'd like to c someone using that so-called trick as a consistent strategie to profit .lol.

Quest46, it is a good trick and a good way to learn about digit frequency in p-3. It goes hand in hand with the 2nd post on "Digit frequency." The other post, which actually explains how this this "trick"works was the whole idea.

It helped a lot of people over the years who play by instinct and feel. They might not care to go into the subject that deeply.  So if they didn't have the where with all or desire to go any deeper into the reasons behind the "Old Man's Zero Trick" it was enough for them to come closer to getting the number right. No matter how ......it worked.

It's a great way to get a lot of helpful info out there fast without much detail or work. It's easy. Sooner or later, it dawns on everyone that it really does work and it works with any other 2 digits. Until then, it remains a useful little learning trick. In the beginning it's best to use just the 2 digits.

Hey your from Texas right? Check the Texas Midday for today. A classic example of un- escorted Zero! (no 3 or 6) I would bet on at least one of the digits today would have a 3 or 6 in it. Focus on just 2 numbers keeps it simple. Real shot at 37 30 or 67 or 60 if one digit returns.

Great live demo of how we can all use and profit with just a little math trick. You really don't even have to know anything about number frequency to win with this.

Dear Friends,

Another noteworthy trend in Pick-3 draws is that the LEAST frequent of the numbers (after arranging LAST 30 days' data) either take the FIRST or SECOND position or tend to DOUBLE out, over 60% of the times! This POSITIONAL knowledge can be useful in reducing the number of unproductive bets, coupled with other well known filters and tricks/strategies. Do let me know if this trend tallies with your state Pick-3 games or if this trend is a GENERAL/WIDESPREAD one, so we can exploit it!

Good Luck!

Yeah, yeah. I had that two years ago: "Sixes with Zeroes."

Don't you also have "Sixes lead to a next Four"?

Now, *3* with 6... that is interesting.

Does anyone know where I can find a list of previously played pick three numbers that I can save in an Excel spreadsheet?  Thanks.

For Openminded,

Go to any Results page for any state that plays the lotterys. On these various websites you will also find archives for past winning numbers for that state and the particular games that are played!
