			<description><![CDATA[<p> I hate it when others make suggestions about how a lottery winner should spend their winnings.<br /><br />Besides the Government taking your money at gun point and spending it as they please, I do not want any others thinking along that way.<br /><br />It is freedom of speech but I have the freedom to say NO.<br /><br />It is almost a given that Lottery winners are asked to give to Charity. If the charity is honest and trustworthy then it will still be there in another year. It can wait.<br /><br />Lottery winners must keep a business like manner. If you cannot say NO then hire a financial adviser who can.
