They are the only ones that can afford the multi million dollar homes on the water, not the lawyers and doctors of years ago. Unfortunately the conservative eastern part of the state doesn't stand a chance.

<br />That said, it's turning more blue than most of we Texans would like, what with the mass exodus of Californians coming to work here and bringing their failed politics with them. Thankfully, the county where I live now voted about 86% for Trump and the county where I was raised was called the most pro-Trump county in America w/ 96.3% of the voters casting their ballot for Trump.
