At my age, I would more interested in money PRESERVATION, than letting someone controlling it for investing. My wife lost a chunk of cash several years ago to theft.

The winners stay to themselves while the losers are all over the media. CDARS/ICS is an option. I could hire a financial adviser to be the bad cop to my good cop. He or She will say, NO.

I think I might have learned more from the winners than the losers, though. I am 99.999% positive I won't get involved in drugs or blow it all on foolish purchases. Other than having some major financial firm (Merrill Lynch, etc) handle part of my money, I don't think I'll give control over my new fortune to anyone else.
