BTW, you might be able to sample that Ray Brown Trio version of Summertime online at one of the retailers like Amazon.com , Barnes and Noble, or some other one. Let me know if it's the one you heard on the radio.<br /><br />justx - I too appreciate the wholesomeness and message of social responsibility offered by the Andy Griffith Show. And some of those TZ episodes creep me out as well, but it's a good creep...lol.... [ More ]

I've watched a few Andy Griffith shows on Nick at Night and, as an adult, I can appreciate it more for its portrayal of a single father/son relationship and the value of friendship. It was funny, but it was more than a comedy. Regarding Twilight Zone, I still can't be alone too long in a department store at night with the mannequins. That was the first one I ever saw. "Marsha...Marsha..."

Aye'...I gave season 4 of the Twilight Zone to my son for his birthday a couple days ago. Great DVD. Thanks again for the "Summertime" lead.
