I've made some great email pen pals here in LP and when we discuss the lottery, we use some abbreviations, some obvious ones such as PB and MM, easy enough to figure out, but others such as c/v for "cash value" for those who don't want to opt for the annuity. I came up with one I use and had to explain to my friends: ATTH or "after tax take-home".
