A lot of people tie their dogs up in the winter and leave them to sleep in the snow. I'll never understand it. Why get a pet? 3 years ago I "stole" a dog who was tied up to a tree down the street. It was raining and in the 40s. He was wet, shivering and crying and living in his own poop. I can't describe how this dog acted when I finally got him out of my car and to a safer place.
