			<description><![CDATA[<p>This system seems to work often but like all systems not A end of all system. I used it today for the pa pick3 but also works with all.<br /><br />you are basically picking cold numbers to play make 3 lines, one for each position and list 0-9<br /><br />pos 1: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9<br /><br />pos 2: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9<br /><br />pos 3: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9<br /><br />now go back 10 draws in your game (if your game has more then 10 number then list them all)<br /><br />we will use PA pick3 for example. each number u cross off in the position<br /><br />Wed, Oct 30, 2019 9-4-5 2-3-6 2-8-0-2 6-4-9-9<br /><br />Tue, Oct 29, 2019 7-2-4 3-7-3 3-5-3-2 0-1-7-9<br /><br />Mon, Oct 28, 2019 5-9-8 3-3-2 0-5-2-6 6-1-3-3<br /><br />Sun, Oct 27, 2019 6-4-0 4-6-8 6-7-2-8 2-8-7-2<br /><br />Sat, Oct 26, 2019 5-7-0 4-4-1 6-0-8-8 3-6-3-4<br /><br />pos 1: 0 1 8<br /><br />pos 2: 0 1 8<br /><br />pos 3: 7 9<br /><br />if you have to many numbers then keep going until you get to how many you want to wheel. today I ended up with 018 018 79 and wheeled them.
