This system seems to work often but like all systems not A end of all system.  I used it today for the pa pick3 but also works with all. 

you are basically picking cold numbers to play make 3 lines, one for each position and list 0-9 

pos 1: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 

pos 2: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 

pos 3: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 

now go back 10 draws in your game (if your game has more then 10 number then list them all)

we will use PA pick3 for example. each number u cross off in the position 

pos 1: 0 1 8

pos 2: 0 1 8 

pos 3:    7 9 

if you have to many numbers then keep going until you get to how many you want to wheel. today I ended up with 018 018 79 and wheeled them. Good luck
