Thought I'd clear up this misleading remark. Veterans always could see any doctor they choose just like anyone else, but now "The VA will pay for veterans to see non-VA doctors if they have to wait longer than 20 days at a VA facility." The Veterans Choice was actually approved in 2014 and expanded in 2018 when the Mission Act became law. You say it's beating "about" twice as fast. You should check it and know for sure. It may feel like it's going too fast for you but if it's under 100 resting pulse rate that's still in the normal range from what I've been told. I think it's supposed to be between 60 and a 100. I check mine every morning and I just looked and for the last 3 weeks my lowest was 62 and my highest was 95 but it usually runs somewhere in the middle between those two.
