Almost 5 million and still counting.

That's the number of the current count of worldwide corona virus deaths according to Statista. Not commenting on the accuracy or the pros and cons of getting vaccinated, but just saying hopefully we can get to the day when we can say "Houston, we had a problem"/

Before moving from Florida back to California, Southern California, I was very hesitant on taking the vaccine shot because I have a minor heart issue. And moving into the new apartment in California, my relative had covid-19 but is over it now. But after a very long thought process about getting the vaccine, I thought to myself that it wouldn't hurt because she's over it so I'll take it.

About a month later I start packing my car with everything I have with no problems, I drive all the way to California and help my relative load her stuff into a trailer and my stuff upstairs to the second floor of an apartment building. That took a great toll on my heart because it was beating so fast I had to stop frequently and cool off. So once we settled I decided to go get the second vaccine shot, and everything changed from that moment on.

Every time I did any physical activity my heart will start beating faster than normal, and then after eating lunch about an hour later my heart would start pounding really hard, so I had to take a couple of shots of vodka to calm it down and it did calm down. This is been going on for about almost two months now.

So next Tuesday I'm going to my local VA hospital in Linda Loma. I have to see if it's the vaccine or a combination of the vaccine and the exertion of my heart while moving objects up the stairs. Or maybe I have covid-19 without the regular symptoms except for this. Other than this heart issue, I'm totally fine. I can taste food I can smell I can do all the things that people who have covid can't.

95% of the time my gut feeling is always correct, and I didn't listen to it this time. At first I was so pissed off at my relative for insisting that I move back to California. Basically she ruined my life.

The strange part is that after the first shot, it was a little over a month before I moved to California, but I didn't have any problems whatsoever. So I want the hospital to give me an echocardiogram, and run other tests to see what the hell is going on. Even at resting state, my heart beats a little bit faster than normal... maybe about twice as fast compared to a normal heart resting.

You should get a blood pressure monitor that does 3 tests and gives you the average to check your bp and pulse rate.
It will also tell you if you have A-fib which is what it sounds like to me from your description.

No I used to have a afib but I took care of it after rinsing Listerine in my mouth three times a day because the a couple of teeth that had extracted over the years were replaced with gum sores and it was very difficult to eat, so I got rid of the palpitations and AFib by having a healthier mouth. I did the Listerine to get rid of the sores and after one week the sores went away, but I also found up another thing that was missing, the palpitations. What's happening right now is a steady beat but it's too fast. A-fib is erratic fast beats. Thanks for your concern though.

Despite our political differences, I've always known you as a nice person.

Joker, when you eat, all your blood goes to your stomach to digest, get checked for diabetes, heart disease and lung disease, the palpitations may also be bronchial spasm.

Oh and joker, Trump signed an executive order allowing veterans to go see their own Dr.'s.
He was tired of the long waits and poor health care our vets were receiving, not sure if sleepycreepy reversed this order, it's a giant secret on all the Eo's he reversed. Check into it , nobody should have to wait Month's for healthcare.
Take my niece, she was diagnosed with Non Hodkins lymphoma , 2 days later our Governor shut the State down, she had to wait until July to start treatment, she is in remission thankfully, let's hope your Governor doesn't shut the State down and you need prolonged care.

"So next Tuesday I'm going to my local VA hospital in Linda Loma."

That's a start, but it sounds like you really need to see a heart specialist. And everyone should consult with their doctor even if they are just considering getting vaccinated.

You say it's beating "about" twice as fast. You should check it and know for sure. It may feel like it's going too fast for you but if it's under 100 resting pulse rate that's still in the normal range from what I've been told. I think it's supposed to be between 60 and a 100. I check mine every morning and I just looked and for the last 3 weeks my lowest was 62 and my highest was 95 but it usually runs somewhere in the middle between those two. Check and see so you know exactly what it is. We need you around here to make stupid comments so we can correct you, lol. BTW, DeSantis Rules.

* Know what’s also beating twice as fast? Your stupidity monitors.

* There should be a course for middle school kids on : How avoid being stupid & growing up stupid, what to look for & how tell when you see yourself being sucked into stupidity & opting out non reality.

* Obviously we see it on LP the moment the comedians arrive. The question is how can one tell the difference? Quite simply, they buy into the lies on everything their demigod & other Bog lie politicians says or propose. I mean, a hotel owner turned President says without Proof- there was fraud in the 2020 election- what do these fools do? Accept it as truth. But wait a minute noise, what about the so called evidence Julie, Powell & lil Micky bragged about, wasn’t there enough to warrant an investigation?

* Well, that’s a solid question, but the election was overseen by not only Homeland security, but the FBI & other agencies as well- so No, no need for silly investigations But Powell is an attorney, surely she would not lie to the American people- well Yes, she did lie. Sidney said she was “ hoping people would not take her accusations SERIOUSLY. No, she said that, aah yes she did. Okay, what other stupid things should we look out for?

* The constant drumbeat that Trump is not a liar, he always speaks the truth. Hold on there pal, Trump was President, no way he would lie to American citizens, well actually he did- throughout he’s stay in office. Well why was he impeached? According to 45, he was impeached for having a beautiful phone call. How about the 2nd impeachment- now that was worse. You see 45 wanted to become a Dictator & he almost succeeded, if not for he’s VP’s insane moment of clarity, this nation would have been in a crisis. Surely you jest? They would like to think that. You see- the difference in stupidity & wisdom is that the stupid ones love the Kool-aid, the wise ones avoid that crap at all costs.

* Hiding behind religion doesn’t insulate one from stupidity either- just ask Paula White, 45’s Chief Spiritual advisor. She said that Archangels were being sent from Africa & S America to “ help Trump.” She must have been reading the wrong batch of tea leaves because 45 still got the boot. So when people claim to be “ Christian “ just think about Paula & how she did not come through for Donny. I wonder what happened to her? I was hoping she would be penning a book, explaining how her failed the big guy in his desperate hour of need.

* I heard he left his red tie on a desk in the Oval Office. True or false, we may never know.

* Stupidity also has a way of attempting to push truth aside. The insurrection at the Capitol has been described by at least Republican politician as a “ normal day in which tourist would have felt good about.”

You see, carrying Trump banners & confederate flags through the halls of justice, is not normal, neither is drinking Kool- aid.

Hey noisy,

It's stupid.

* Know what is arduous, is your constant rant about anyone who criticizes Trump or any Republican for that matter. In your screwed up world, only Republicans are true Americans & not enemies of this country.

* What the heck was the Jan 6th breaking into the Capitol all about? Is that the way Conservatives bring about change when they don’t get the results they wanted? A hotel owner attempting to destroy democracy? What planet are you guys from? In your twisted world, only Conservatives claim to be aligned with God. Really? The guy you voted for, who got the backing of the religious right was sent packing.

* Simply put: If this guy was chosen by God to lead America, there would have been No Way he could have lost the election, it would have been impossible. Trump’s “ asking Georgia to find him X amount of votes “ was evil- it showed he did not have confidence that God was in his corner, and he was exposed for being the fraud the world knew him to be.

* Carrying a Bible doesn’t make one a Christian- you have to live by it’s principles and his dishonesty since his loss was telling. You don’t know it, but voted a sexual predator into office.

If you want to get yourself a good B/P pulse rate monitor, Omron Series 10 model BP785 is a good one. It had an excellent rating in Consumer Reports magazine, and is the one I use. You can plug it in or use batteries. It stores 100 readings in it's memory with the date and time, and can do readings for 2 people. Walgreen's has them for about $95. The ones for one person cost less. You can store your readings and show them to your Dr. which is better than just the one reading they give you at the office visit. Which is also good if you have white coat syndome when you get your B/P checked at the Dr's office. Here's a link for the manual for it so you can see what it does.

you were the only one with negativity. why? your mate pee in your oatmeal that morning?
Geez everyone was talking about BP/Monitors and you came in with January 6th insurrection,

* Hate? 1st- No l don’t think so. Can your head turn? Why you ask, because this happens to be “ Stack47’s blog” and the Thread has nothing to do with B/P.

* 2nd: A thread out there is criticizing Dr Fauci and the Wuhan Lab. You should read the remarks aimed at Fauci- now that’s hate. Besides, this is old news, Rand Paul tried throwing shade at the Dr. What l cannot understand is that Fauci has been around for decades, is respected by his peers. By Reagan and Presidents down the line, but all that crap in the “ Hate” pot boiled over as soon as Covid hit these shores & the Dr bumped heads with 45. Suddenly Fauci is useless, a Con man.

* It’s amazing the amount of criticism he has received. Studying for years, giving of himself to keep people alive & a hotel owner comes along & tries to turn this guy’s career on it’s head.

* Spare me your condescending attitude.

" Hate? 1st- No l don’t think so. Can your head turn? Why you ask, because this happens to be “ Stack47’s blog” and the Thread has nothing to do with B/P."

Sad how easy it is for the pitifully stupid to get off track and way "off topic" here. The topic here is 5 million people worldwide died from Covid-19 complications.

"I was very hesitant on taking the vaccine shot because I have a minor heart issue."

And why I suggested everyone should consult with their doctor even if they are just considering getting vaccinated. It shouldn't be that difficult to comprehend and/or understand the topic is "5 million corona virus deaths". That doesn't stop several pitifully stupid medical diagnosis remarks. But changing the subject isn't causing a problem; the problem is the misinformation and childish name calling.

"ng, P3M mentioned a health issue he was having and we are trying to help him out and offer suggestions."

If you were asked for medical help and suggestions it wasn't on this entry.

"allowing veterans to go see their own Dr.'s."

Thought I'd clear up this misleading remark. Veterans always could see any doctor they choose just like anyone else, but now "The VA will pay for veterans to see non-VA doctors if they have to wait longer than 20 days at a VA facility."

The Veterans Choice was actually approved in 2014 and expanded in 2018 when the Mission Act became law. And VA actually halted the program’s key provisions that granted veterans the option to see private doctors if they endured long delays at VA, citing the pandemic. Don't know the current status.

"He was tired of the long waits and poor health care our vets were receiving"

So "for specialty care, they can now see private doctors at VA expense if they have to wait longer than 28 days". Previously, veterans who had to wait longer than 30 days could choose to see a private doctor paid for by the VA. Thank you king Donald for knocking two days off the wait time to see a non-VA specialist by signing a bill passed in Congress.

For the record, for something like having heart problems and especially if I was currently experiencing irregularities, waiting to get an appointment at a VA hospital is the last thing I'd recommend. And to update the VA hasn’t said when it will remove its temporary restrictions on Choice.

Applied for a copy of my DD214 in June, August, and October 2020 and still haven't received it. Should I blame both presidents?
