Yeah, I remember the kid in the commercial "It's not fried, it's Shake and Bake and I helped!" No, Vegeeta is just an all purpose seasoning, not breading, but it's good on chicken and with other things like the cabbage. Not so good on pork chops though for some reason. There's a Jamaican guy with recipes on youtube named Big Deddy. That's where I saw it. You made me crave some more cabbage so much I made another pot of it tonight!
