Help the Assyrian Christians

Assyrian Christians are being slaughtered on a daily basis. While we hear much about the plight of Syrian and Iraqi Muslims, no-one is talking about the Assyrians who are attempting to stand and fight those who want them dead. I encourage all of you to check out http://unitedassyrianappeal.org/ and see what 12 brave men started. They desperately need our help to protect their families, homes, and land. Sadly, the United States has turned a deaf ear to the outcries of the Christians in the region who only ask for support in order to defend themselves. Why is it that the current budget spends billions to relocate Muslim refugees, but not one penny was allocated to assist the Assyrian Christians? All deserve protection, not just Muslims and Jews All should receive our assistance.
