Everyone should read this and ponder how well this actually describes our country’s situation today.  History truly does repeat itself, and though it may not be the Mexican Army, we are being attacked by a more dangerous foe.

Assyrian Christians are being slaughtered on a daily basis. While we hear much about the plight of Syrian and Iraqi Muslims, no-one is talking about the Assyrians who are attempting to stand and fight those who want them dead. They desperately need our help to protect their families, homes, and land.  Sadly, the United States has turned a deaf ear to the outcries of the Christians in the region who only ask for support in order to defend themselves.  Why is it that the current budget spends billions to relocate Muslim refugees, but not one penny was allocated to assist the Assyrian Christians?  All deserve protection, not just Muslims and Jews – All should receive our assistance.
