Lmaoooooooooooooo, I know that I am beyond stressed out, because, so far, this food is so good, the baked beans with ground beef, the chicken pot pie, the potato salad, OMG! It's good. Just put the baked chicken quarters and legs in the oven, cooking the meat for the greens. Just have to make some macaroni and cheese, and some cornbread, and make the salad, I"m going to prepare something every hour, the greens will take the longest time. Oh well, lol

I baked the chicken yesterday, for the Pot Pie today.

Some cooks take a short cut and use a rotisserie chicken.

That's all good, long as it's a flavored chicken.

I have baked chicken with Lemon pepper flavor.

So, yeah, I hope this one is as good as the one last week.

Baked chicken.

Collard greens with beef short ribs.

Potato salad.

Baked beans with ground beef.

Seven layer salad.

Butter cake with chocolate icing.

So, yeah, she working me today, my grandson worked me yesterday with the beef stew and vegan cornbread.

Oh yeah, macaroni cheese, lmaoooooooooooooooooo, I be messing that up, lmaooooooooooooo, but, I ll try to get it right, lmaoooooooooooooo.

I'm go look at my man, Smoking n Grilling with AB, lol, and watch his video!

I do not like creamy sauce macaroni cheese, I like it baked in the oven, lol, I mess it up though, it always be too dry?

I wish I had some of that government cheese, lmaoooooooooooooooo.

It's all good though.

I m going to start at 9:00 am and see how long it takes me!
