I baked the chicken yesterday, for the Pot Pie today.

Some cooks take a short cut and use a rotisserie chicken.

That's all good, long as it's a flavored chicken.

I have baked chicken with Lemon pepper flavor.

So, yeah, I hope this one is as good as the one last week.

Baked chicken.

Collard greens with beef short ribs.

Potato salad.

Baked beans with ground beef.

Seven layer salad.

Butter cake with chocolate icing.

So, yeah, she working me today, my grandson worked me yesterday with the beef stew and vegan cornbread.

Oh yeah, macaroni & cheese, lmaoooooooooooooooooo, I be messing that up, lmaooooooooooooo, but, I"ll try to get it right, lmaoooooooooooooo.

I do not like creamy sauce macaroni & cheese, I like it baked in the oven, lol, I mess it up though, it always be too dry?

I wish I had some of that government cheese, lmaoooooooooooooooo.

It's all good though.
