That's it, my neighbor will be happy, he getting another meal real soon. Lol. He bought 4 packs of steaks, and now, I have 2 packages of good ground beef he bought, lol I was thinking Lasagna? I am getting burned out on meatloaf and chilli. Yes, Lasagna this weekend or early next week.

I"ll figure out some sides later today. Maybe keep it simple and make just a baked potato? Some type of green veggie. Broccoli and Cheese? I have not had that in a while! Yeah, that's it, and of course a side salad. Yes

So, I have insomnia now, lol I am glad I was sleep before the draw, because, I had $20 on 37x, and these goons played, 387, split the most due front pair for the evening draw. Goons. Feeling some type of way.

So, yeah, I baked a lemon pound cake from scratch yesterday, it was really good.

I went small, half of what the recipe called for!

It's gone, lmaoooooooooooooooooooo.

So, I didn't write anything down, but, I remembered what I did, so, I m trying it again.

First time was in a bunt cake pan, why did I forget I even have a glass pound cake pan?

So, I m at it again, lmaoooooooooooooooooo.

I had to go really old school and hand mix everything, because, I didn't want to turn on the mixer at 3:30 am and wake folks up, lmaooooooooooooooooooooo.

If I remember correctly, it's 200 stirs, lmaooooooooooooooooooo.

So, yeah, in one hour, I will know, if I can duplicate what I baked yesterday.

I really like the cupcakes from Sam's Club, and, my cake earlier today, was good, just like those cupcakes.

I ll try to make those next.

I watched this lady on youtube, make a pound cake, with 1 lb of each ingredient, lol.

So, I went half a pound, lol.
