OMG, I was hot, first off, I didn't know it cost that much, and I have been watching cooking channels on you tube, and really? Avocado oil, branch of divine, etc. cost. I forgot how much I paid, but, it's not cheap, or reasonable. I was just going to copy some of the cooks and spread it on the meat to get a nice crisp when I bake meat. Yikes, I am tired now.<br />Collard greens with smoked turkey, baked beans with ground beef, mac n cheese sauce, devil eggs, baked chicken thighs. I forgot what else, they always want the same food, lol.<br />I was trying to add some andouille sausage to those beans, lol , but, they do not eat pork.<br />I will prepare a plate for my neighbor, although he had red beans in rice earlier today.

Earlier today, I made some red beans n rice, with ground beef, for my neighbor. Nothing like Popeyes red beans n rice, theirs is good.

I need to find out how they make them in New Orleans.

Red Beans n Rice= struggle meal,

When I finished, my niece husband showed up with a bag of collard greens freshly picked from her garden.

Lmaooooooooooooooooooooo.

I told him they will be ready tomorrow, I need to get some sides, and some smoked turkey for the greens.

I do like Veggie greens though.

But, he gave me the money for the smoked turkey and a few sides, so, I guess it's greens with meat, lol.

Then the great niece that is 6, wants all beef meatballs and mac n cheese.
