Earlier today, I made some red beans n rice,  with ground beef, for my neighbor.  Nothing like Popeyes red beans n rice, theirs is good.

I need to find out how they make them in New Orleans.

Red Beans n Rice= struggle meal,

When I finished, my niece husband showed up with a bag of collard greens freshly picked from her garden.

Lmaooooooooooooooooooooo.

I told him they will be ready tomorrow, I need to get some sides, and some smoked turkey for the greens.

I do like Veggie greens though.

But, he gave me the money for the smoked turkey and a few sides, so, I guess it's greens with meat, lol.

Then the great niece that is 6, wants all beef meatballs and mac n cheese.

Yikes.
