			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;I fired up my virtual XP instance in VM Ware, and I got it to work myself in XP.  Interesting!&#x3c;br /&#x3e;&#x3c;br /&#x3e;You are supposed to upgrade to IE7 in order for the graphics to work correctly, but I stuck with IE6 (I like to use IE6 for testing under XP).  I can see why they ask you to upgrade, because some weird things happen with the graphics, but it does not stop it from working -- just from looking perfect.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;&#x3c;br /&#x3e;I did not have to install the C++ package.
