			<description><![CDATA[<p>Brightstar signs eight-year contract to modernise Missouri Lottery systems<br /><br />Brightstar signs eight-year contract to modernise Missouri Lottery systems<br /><br />Rollout includes new digital features, retailer terminals and enhanced player engagement tools.<br /><br />Updated on16 July 2025<br /><br />Shaan Khan Writer<br /><br />Key points:<br /><br />Missouri Lottery to deploy Brightstar s OMNIA system under an eight-year agreement<br /><br />Deal includes 9,045 new retailer terminals and a full digital upgrade<br /><br />Part of Brightstar s first major announcement since rebranding from IGT<br /><br />Brightstar Lottery has secured an eight-year contract with the Missouri Lottery to deploy its fully integrated OMNIA system across retail and digital channels.<br /><br />The agreement, announced 15 July, includes the rollout of 5,250 Retailer Pro S2 terminals, 2,220 GameTouch 28s, 75 GameTouch 20s, 250 GameTouch Draws and 1,250 Digital Menu Boards.<br /><br />Brightstar will also aim to enhance the Missouri Lottery s player experience with new loyalty features, second-chance promotions and Connected Play functionality.<br /><br />Missouri Lottery Executive Director Lester Elder said: We are excited to build upon this long-term partnership over the course of the next eight years and deliver new, premier experiences for our players.<br /><br />Good to know: Brightstar serves 90 lotteries globally and is the primary technology provider to 26 US jurisdictions<br /><br />The new deal is Brightstar s first major announcement since its rebrand from International Game Technology (IGT) in early July. The rebrand followed the sale of IGT s Gaming and Digital divisions to Apollo-owned Voyager Parent, leaving Brightstar as a standalone lottery technology business.<br /><br />Scott Gunn, Brightstar s COO for North America Lottery, commented: We look forward to delivering these high-performing solutions, while helping the Lottery achieve its goals of maximising funds to education.<br /><br />Brightstar has worked with the Missouri Lottery for over 30 years, a relationship that has contributed more than $8.5bn to public education in the state.<br /><br />Earlier this year, Brightstar was also awarded a lottery supplier licence in the UAE , further expanding its international footprint.<br /><br />Topics... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="/blogentry/200735">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
