four4me, glad someone could relate. But I'm just 38 ! I'm certain all of this is just temporary. I keep telling myself it will go away. That is what the doctors tell me, anyway. One day I will wake up and it will all just be gone.

Well, actually, I quit smoking last year in August. This year I had to give up the following. -Sugar ---- me to although i cheat sometimes -Caffeine in any form ---- supposed to but i cheat here also -which meant chocolate ---- never gonna give it up totally -and coffee ---- this one hurts the most no coffee anymore boy do i miss it. -and my diet coke ---- never drank the diet but have all but swore off of all colas.<br...
