I agree 100%. Reminds me of a Carpenters song called " Bless the Beast and the Children" the lyrics says "for in this world they have no voice". So sad!!!!!

Anyway, as far as punishment goes I know that cruel and unusual punishment is not constitutional but where does it say that that is a fixed standard and not relative to the crime. In other words if the crime is really sick then cant the "cruel and unusual" be adjusted relative to the crime

What some of these mothers do and let men do to their own children is beyond me. What they don't realize when the world is so bitter to them is that they have something beautiful and wonderful right in front of them and it's a child. <br

Me too! I wish the health and human services Child welfare offices were worth a ****! Here, they just ignore you when you call in a complaint. Or they come out and take a few statements and go on and still do nothing., seeing what is going on. I wish there was some sort of federal office we could report their butts to! What's more frustrating than seeing children abused? Seeing the so called "help" (police, cws,hhs) do NOTHING about it! I turn in everyone I see doing it. But it does no good. Like Jani, you have to risk going to jail to stop it yourself.... [ More ]

I am too, I agree with you so much, I always make the remark when i am with or around my grandchildren that if they are touch in any type of sexual way, I am prepared to go to jail, because I will make sure they never live to do it to some other child and I mean it, have you read where they say it is always someone you do not expect that is a friend of the family.... or a family member...I just think it is so sick destroying these children lives... it just takes away there childhood because they are never the same.....
