There's a couple problems with this. The United Nations does not have taxing authority over ANYONE. (We saw how well they handled the "food for oil" program in Iraq.) The other problem is the money you throw at these countries does not trickle down to the starving population. There is no accountability and most of this money goes to line the pockets of the government officials in those countries. The yellow brick road to globalism is fraught with flying monkeys. <br...
