We all seek to find answers to our existence and purpose. There is more we don't know about it than what we do. In the meantime we have to base our conclusions on scientific fact. Those who choose to base their conclusions on "faith" are crossing a huge gap in our knowledge.

If tachyons exist, that's fine, but again, that doesen't prove anything. The light that comes from a star that's 100,000 light years away is photon particles/waves as done with the double slit experiments with light. Not a tachyon. At any rate, even of I believed that Tachyons existed, there are countless other questions that need to be addressed. That was just one of many. I'm not a religious zealot, Pac. I don't want to proselytize either, since I still have a long way to go with my own inner healing. However, what you need to start seeing is the change in the people who find peace with their Maker. Don't look for the negative.

Science can't disprove the existence of the "Flying Spaghetti monster" that revolves around the sun, but that dosen't mean it exists either. The human brain is always looking to find patterns and order in a world of chaos and turmoil. It's hard wired in every human brain. So, Pac. Are you saying that people who believe in God believe in a myth? The difference is that science has proven that the sun is a star, but science has never proven that God doesn't exist. In fact, many doubting scientists become believers after they are humbled by their discoveries.

I watched Joseph Campbell's "Transformation of Myth Through Time" airing in the late '80's on PBS several times. As this movie pointed out, names change a tad but same general message.
