Also i am going to stress, if there is a more advanced civilization out there than our own, they have to look all alike and the female can't be the same strenght as the male..I took history and i did very good on it and just to remember the movie "Troy", unless they could read each other's mind, but even so even if they could read minds, one of them will win and the other will lose...And i don't think they can have an army but i could be wrong...

Advanced Civilization in the Universe: The only way there will be an advanced civilization out there in the universe or any universe more advanced than ours is if their lifespan/longevity is longer than ours and their form of government is not democracy, their brains will be bigger than ours and they all look alike and of course life on that planet had billions of years existing...And they are bisexual or they have 1 gender...But i still don't know how they will discover fire, because if you look at our history mankind discovered fire because of thunder, so i still don't know how they discovered fire, so this mean that their planet will have clouds and a weather...But it also depends on their planet structure what minerals and materials it has...so to discovered an more advanced civilization than our own you will have to go back to how planets are formed and what kinds of minerals/metals they got...I believe also that there are atoms and molecules out there in the universe that we don't know about and are not in the periodic table...And they don't have bacterias or germs...And they don't practice sport or fun....Huge amount of human energy is spend on sports manifestations and fun...Huge amount of hours and energy and money...

Even though if they have bacteria, everytime i browse through microbiology i see it hard for this civilization to exist....So far we are quite unique...

But they could exist for i think we are the only solar system in the universe with an Asteroid belt and as you know asteroids and comets are planet life killers....

But something i am thinking is that if bigger brain/head means bigger brainwave, then there could be a factor in astrology...This is why i'll like astrology to integrate randomness with astrology in their collective...I encourage astrologers to read the book: Neptune's Crossing by Jeffrey A. Carver and pay attention to the artifact in the book...

just think of whales and how they are able to send messages through vast distances in the water a very thick space and speak with each other...Maybe this advanced civilization atmosphere is different...

And there are levels of advancement...A civilization may advance from been nomads to air travelers, that's one level of advancement but when you talk about your civilization crossing from one universe to parallel universes then that's a different story, that's another level a much higher level of advancement...Been able to live in any kind of planet is another level of advancement as well as foreseeing the future and telepathy...what i am saying is there are levels of advancement but that you find a civilization in our universe that can accomplish all of them, i don't think you will ever find it, well you might finding but in the infinite parallel universe...For i am starting to think that our universe is not that big for all of that to happen...planets are not created fast enough...

Also this civilization despite that the live longer than us they get to have kids very later in life when they are old almost...All this are prerequisite for a more advanced civilization than ours to exist...

Telepathy and having the technology to transporting from one universe to the next is a kind of advacenment way up there with Angels and Gods Caravan and zafari...

And all what i said points out in intelligent design or the universes are a gigantic supercomputer if you think of the of what goes on in the subatomic level...

And i forgot to mention there will be vegetarians...

Another level of advacement is having space colonies and all that...
