If there was a more Advanced Civilization than ours in the Universe...

Advanced Civilization in the Universe: The only way there will be an advanced civilization out there in the universe or any universe more advanced than ours is if their lifespan/longevity is longer than ours and their form of government is not democracy, their brains will be bigger than ours and they all look alike and of course life on that planet had billions of years existing...And they are bisexual or they have 1 gender...But i still don't know how they will discover fire, because if you look at our history mankind discovered fire because of thunder, so i still don't know how they discovered fire, so this mean that their planet will have clouds and a weather...But it also depends on their planet structure what minerals and materials it has...so to discovered an more advanced civilization than our own you will have to go back to how planets are formed and what kinds of minerals/metals they got...I believe also that there are atoms and molecules out there in the universe that we don't know about and are not in the periodic table...And they don't have bacterias or germs...And they don't practice sport or fun....Huge amount of human energy is spend on sports manifestations and fun...Huge amount of hours and energy and money...

Even though if they have bacteria, everytime i browse through microbiology i see it hard for this civilization to exist....So far we are quite unique...

But they could exist for i think we are the only solar system in the universe with an Asteroid belt and as you know asteroids and comets are planet life killers....

But something i am thinking is that if bigger brain/head means bigger brainwave, then there could be a factor in astrology...This is why i'll like astrology to integrate randomness with astrology in their collective...I encourage astrologers to read the book: "Neptune's Crossing" by Jeffrey A. Carver and pay attention to the artifact in the book...

just think of whales and how they are able to send messages through vast distances in the water a very thick space and speak with each other...Maybe this advanced civilization atmosphere is different...

And there are levels of advancement...A civilization may advance from been nomads to air travelers, that's one level of advancement but when you talk about your civilization crossing from one universe to parallel universes then that's a different story, that's another level a much higher level of advancement...Been able to live in any kind of planet is another level of advancement as well as foreseeing the future and telepathy...what i am saying is there are levels of advancement but that you find a civilization in our universe that can accomplish all of them, i don't think you will ever find it, well you might finding but in the infinite parallel universe...For i am starting to think that our universe is not that big for all of that to happen...planets are not created fast enough...

Also this civilization despite that the live longer than us they get to have kids very later in life when they are old almost...All this are prerequisite for a more advanced civilization than ours to exist...

Telepathy and having the technology to transporting from one universe to the next is a kind of advacenment way up there with Angels and Gods Caravan and zafari...

And all what i said points out in intelligent design or the universes are a gigantic supercomputer if you think of the of what goes on in the subatomic level...

And i forgot to mention there will be vegetarians...

Another level of advacement is having space colonies and all that...

Have read the Lemurians who lived in what is now Hawaii were considered more advanced than us, but we're now almost equal to their abilities.

Also we are unique because the female is weaker than the male, unlike the animal kingdom..If the female was as strong as the male, and there are conflict, a lot of females will die and there will be less female to procreate with...Also another aspect to look at at this more advanced civilization than ours is how they have sex? By that i mean do they have sex just to have kids, which is better than us humans who have sex for recreation, this will look out for the betterment of the pac, you know...

One way they could exist is if the females behaves like our females and then in the whole pac or planet the male is a minority ya sea by procreation/birth...For example when they have kids, the male is a minority...Another thing to look at is how when they procreate do they exchange information like the bacteria, which indeed will account for their advancement...You know that a bacteria in 4 or 5 procreations exchange information in a way that what they do, will take us a 2 generations to happen...

Another thing very important to look at is "HOW THEY EXPERIENCE PAIN" to what degree is it the same degree as a human or less or more...And scientist should look at how animals experience pain whether is more or less and how they behave towards it...A very blind spot of many scientist...

But the most lethal and highest level of advancement is to conquer "RANDOMNESS", that's the most lethal weapon a civlization can acquire...Because if you conquer "Randomness" to a science, you will have acquired the most lethal weapon in the universe...Again, the most lethal weapon in any of the infinite parallell universe is conquering "Randomness" accomplishing randomness...This weapon should be acquired by God and his angels and no one else..I am sorry but i believe that none of the existing civilizations in the universe posses the level of morality that God does to acquire such a weapon...Conquering Randomness is the highest level of advacement but still what good does it do if you don't have the strongest morality, what good does it do...

what scientist don't realize is that "MORALITY" is evolution in the evolution of life...Is like the programming law of evolution..Without it animals will not know better and exterminate each off the face of each planet..Unless they could not do harm to themselves...Also you have to take into account the fact that the laws of this universe may not be the same laws in other universes or even in the outer corners of the known universe..

Also for a civilization or a primity society to advanced the level of "DISCIPLINE" it will have to have to advance to levels unseen, is incredible...Something else scientist don't seen as their blind spot...To create a universe, or simply a planet, the kind of discipline, intelligence, humbleness, and kick as chemist you will have to posses to do it, i haven't seen a human with it...And by humbleness i mean don't vanagloriarse yourself...Always ask does it have the level of "discipline" (looking at it as a scientist)....

And just to think that an entire society will have to have the level of "dicipline"....Also just to think that certain qualities have been linked to having certain biochemistry level/conditions in the brain & blood...
Also of all the planets in this universe and all the parallel universes earth has to be the strangest/weirdest of them all, unless you found a universe where randomness rules, rule...Only on earth do you see all fishes of the sea lay eggs and the whale beeing a mammalian...Only on earth...

I am kind of happy because today july 23 when i thought of all this things i finshed a Newspaper "Maze" the lenght of 6 1/2 inches long and and 4 1/2 inches in width i finish it in 10 seconds...

Not only "RANDOMNESS" is powerful and is the most powerful weapon any civilization will posses, because you will be able to read the future and read people's mind, i believe you will be able to read the past...What i believe? i believe that whatever action we do is get recorded in history and they reflect some kind of signal some kind of wavelenght that bounces back and reflects in the present as randomness....So if you conquer "RANDOMNESS" you will know everything that happened in the past wheather you witness it or not...That's why i say that "RANDOMNESS" is the language of God...

Also something important that scientist must pay attention to is: "How they Listen & pay attention", how this more advanced civilization "Listens to each other and pay attention to each other" provided they can talk/communicate...

Something else that could happened assuming Aliens & UFO are real, then my explanation is all of the universes act like a computer specifically like the internet and programming...And there exist a universe where the laws of physics don't apply and things become a reality just by thinking about them or uttering your wish and in this specific/particular parallel universe affects the rest of other parallel universes (again this is assuming UFO exist and whatever people have seen them do is true)...Again this is the only explanation i got for the UFO case again if they do exist...Can this civilization in this particular universe harm themselves, I don't know...You could claim that whatever you think in this parallel universe that your mind/subconscious is linked to the universe kind of like light post like electricity cables...Again is my only explanation...And of course all of the universes tied together act like a computer or the internet or programming all together and you could claim that the brain of all the parallel universes exist in this one particular universe where there is life...

You could say that the mind/subconcious of this aliens in this particular parallel universe is a unit of electricity or is the smallest unit, kind of like the cell is the smallest unit of our bodies...

if you laugh at this idea, remember isn't that what the Butterfly effect is? that a mosquito flapping its wings in china is remotely linked to a hurricane in the U.S...Also have you ever paid attention to rain and clouds how it happens, isn't that something weird, yet it does exist and there are huge clouds in Jupiter and Saturn and Neptune, etc...Those aliens may not influence our minds but they can influence the big things that happen in the universe...This will explain their evolution to our level...

this will explain why you don't see the UFO Army coming through the space, it will also explaing why they disect people unwillingly and randomly but they don't do nothing to the person...This of it as an Ameba wishing or an Ameba drawing....Think that this particular universe extends through ours, or think that there are some areas where the universes is strongest the link...

This will explain the weird movements they do in the air without pattern...Oh and this bacteria/ Ameoba doesn't have 1 head but many heads...Anyways that could be 1 explanation...You could say that they are bacteria/pets/kids programmers....

If there are our bacteria assuming all this is true, no one ever stop and think that perhaps because virus/bacterias/ameobas are smaller almost to the size of molecules that they can perceive the quantum world (which is a little different than the big world is) more than we can the way a clairvoyance can perceive things more than the average person...No one ever stop and thought about that...

The only way to find out is by looking at their fingers, do they have the fingers one shorter and one longer just like us or what...If they are 3 instead of 5 fingers then it resembles a frog or a fly or bee instead of an amoeba and perhaps you could say that this flies, bee, frog looked in the mirror, i don't know i really don't have the explanation to all that but it could be one possible explanation and it will explain their black eyes...

Also if there is a more advanced civilization in the universe or parallel universe than our own, they must be truthful to each other or been able to read each other's mind...You see truth is order in a society, imagine if everyone or certain people in that civilization told lies? The society will not function..Unless each parallel universe is like the inside of a bacteria and programming were the laws...Also for it to be a more advanced civilization than our own, they must be very, very patient or time slows down in their universe, while everyone elses is speeds up....

If is a bee it will explain the eyes, why they can't draw that good...It will explain why then can anesthesize humans and been able to read each other's mind, it will explain why some of them are taller than the other, it will also explain why they can read minds....But will like to know why they don't have a penis...If is a bee it will explain why they come and go...

my bad, truth is the language well it could be the law but not that much...Also today i dream that there was a very fat guy who told me he wanted to win the pick4...I told him to subtract the present drawing from the previous past drawing and create a library of it, also i gave him vectors (math vectors), which gave me an idea to teach a supercomputer to read randomness...What if each combination is a drawing or vector which will make the supercomputer learn each combination differently and learn it too...

Also i've paid attention to synchronization and randomness and i have to admit if there is a more advanced civilization than our own, it will all depend on how they perceived or how they view the world i am talking about their eyes...Did you know that a human being that like one color perceives the world differently that someone who likes another color, just little details like that scientist miss,   what you view or perceive will make you think differently or arrive at a different conclusion...Well this doesn't matter in this topic but there is different behavior in human (you can call it human psychology) but there is different behavior in humans based on their height...

Is not only your values but it could also be what you believe...Example, some kids come out good others come out bad based on circumstances...Of all the millions of sperms out there (and to know that masturbation exist), which one are you?And to know that in females even though they have 1 egg, that they will either masturbate or have a wet dream in their lifes and to think that women have "MENSTRUAL CYCLE" in the randomness of life the right combination of sperm and ovum, just think that there is a randomness out there, and that not been in the right spot can make the difference wether a company is create or something is invented..Whao...Now that's a pattern in randomness...
Also in my experience i've come to notice when manking does something, that they don't think of consequences or that they don't spot themselves to see how other view him...Think of spotting yourself as been an actor and having lots of cameras view you and tell you how to correct yourself, is not only in behavior but in action, mankind doesn't think of consequences/implications...

What i meant to say is that mankind thinks in 1 or 2 steps when it comes to consequences, they don't think in string of consequences or string of steps of consequences/ramifications, again this means been seen by several cameras at the same time....And you lucky i didn't mentioned time in those cameras...

Did anyone stop and think, what will have happened if the English had lost to the Spanish Armada?, what would have happened if Hitler had beat the English, what would have happened if America had adopted a German language which they almost did..No one ever stop and think that and calculate the repercution to the decimal point or zero degree...I forgot to mention, i feel that the repercutions of actions are like a math equation that needs to be solved..
oh by the way i don't think in string of consequences..Just so you know, i think like everyone else...
Also don't forget that thoughts are almost random, and thoughts execute actions and actions have repercutions and the repercutions of actions is a math equation that needs to be solved to the decimal point or zero degree and that's both good & evil actions...

It also all depends how many kids they got..Having the right amount of kids i think would make all the difference unless is a big planet and even if it was a big planet, there are factors you have to consider...Stuff i wander if scientists are really paying attention, not saying i am correct it just that there are several requirements using the laws of this universe for a more advanced civilization THAN OUR OWN, to exist...

Also i am going to stress, if there is a more advanced civilization out there than our own, they have to look all alike and the female can't be the same strenght as the male..I took history and i did very good on it and just to remember the movie "Troy", unless they could read each other's mind, but even so even if they could read minds, one of them will win and the other will lose...And i don't think they can have an army but i could be wrong...

Talking about the repercutions of actions is can be compared to the common cold...How many people remember to wash their hands after a handshake if someone has a cold in a party? how about door handles, how many people remember to wash their hands and not to touch the doorhandle (which are called vectors) but grab it a different way that will not compromise you getting a cold...We are so bussy normally that we don't remember all of that, even if we knew it, the same thing goes with actions repercutions, we don't think what will happened when we do something and sometimes we can't see the future to see those repercutions and remember mankind only lives 100 years, not a very long time...

and it makes me mad, because i can fill out a 6inches long by 4 inches wide maze in 10 seconds, yet i can't know what are going to be the next pick4 numbers for the following day...All i need is the 4 numbers straight for pick4 for the following day, or the pick3 straight for the following day, and yet it doesn't happen, am i not salao/damned..

Do you NOW see the importance of why you must tell the truth? We don't know if UFO are real we don't know if they come from the gates of hell, because if you think about it their spaceship how fast it can go and silent, it can drop nuclear bombs in multiple cities of a country in a matter of seconds and eliminate a country...I don't know if they can appear or dissapear at will, but it just show you why you must tell the truth...If you told the truth we could make more sense of what they are...Here we are, with artifacts that could drop multiple nuclear bombs in the U.S and eliminate the U.S if they so desire and people it gives me the impression are telling lies about UFOs just to appear on tv...Again humans when it comes to consequences don't think in long string of steps of consequences, but instead think of 1 or 2 step of the consequences...Do you now see that not telling the truth can bring down an empire, specially when is a matter of national security...
Also is there is a more advance animal civilization out there than our own they must have trust...

If they are a real civilization, meaning that they are flesh and blood and i've seen some new spacships that they got, if this is true it means that in our world, there is a doorway to another universe or some how they invented it by beeing mathematicians/physicist crazed, they invented it came to this planet and somehow they can take the shape of us humans or they found a way mix their kind with ours which is very unlikely, because if they are a mathematicians crazed world and they have microscopes it means that they are a democracy and they have been living for hundreds of millions of years, which is very unlikely, if they have been living for a shorter time, it means that they have communism or communism mixed with democracy...So they they get to here they mixed with us humans and they have been secretly over the course of history been developing artefacts and becoming geniuses, [kind of like iron man when he was in i think was Pakistan or afganistan]....Again this is assuming if they were flesh and blood...There is either a stargate somewhere in this Planet or they are mathematicians crazed...

But if this is true what i just say on the previous one, this aliens will have to have the personality of Jesus by nature, like if their hearts makes them be like that because maybe they have 2 hearts or who knows what...Or they are extremely disciplined [son muy disciplinados]..Again if this is true...Is very unlikely but still it is a small possibility...
