Pac...that's one of the reasons I don't eat anything I can't determine in a Chinese Restaurant. I've heard of those cat & dog stories. I just eat vegetables, shrimp and lo mein!!! That's it! :)

<br />They'll drop a a piece of raw breast meat on the floor and just brush it off with a rag. I've seen them dip a raw piece of chicken in a small container of melted butter and then throw it on the grill. The melted butter isn't hot enough to kill any bacteria. Konane...restaurants don't care what they serve us anymore...that's why I eat out less and less! Food is costing a fortune plus you're still not satisfied!!!...and don't even think about cleanliness!

Funny and probably near the truth depending on who services those machines. Not saying where it happened but saw slime hanging off the spigot of a self serve stainless tea urn in a chain full meal family eat in take out restaurant. No excuse for that. Seems higher management needed to explain the benefits of disassembling and scrubbing with bleach.
