hmmmmmmmmm, not his fault until Jan. 21, 2009.........this mess still falls under the present administration!................. and even then...this mess is SOOOOOOO BIGGG fingers will not be pointed at Pres. elect until the people feel that time has been given to fix something he did not create. And I do believe it is sad that people allow themselves to be labeled and wear it like some badge and then attempt to demean someone whose "badge" is different. People have allowed themselves to be boxed in by the media and dictate to them what is moral and right. It is the media that places fear in people's minds and hearts.....racism by far is much alive............sad, so many people waiting for him to fail.......... [ More ]

It will be slightly entertaining to watch the dems squirm and justify the new prez's *expansion* of all the programs and laws they "hated" under the repubs... in addition to a new tax for "carbon credits" and a stasi-style "youth brigade".

This election was not of Obama himself as much as it was an election of the first black President, a great orator, and a smack down on George W Bush. The Obama campaign ran like the most efficient well oiled machine. They did an excellent job. McCain's campaign, on the other hand, ran like an old broken down jalopy, jerking along down the road with no purpose. I wish the Pubs would give it a rest. I stayed away so everyone could spread the smears, since this is not my web site. But now that the country has overwhelmingly chosen the best candidate, I don't understand all the negative comments. For months I've heard great Americans praise Obama. Colin Powell, whom I've seen anti-Obama people on this board praise many times, endorsed Obama. Suddenly it was because he was Black, not because he is one of the most respected men in Ameri... In a way this will be fun to have the shoe on the other foot. Now everything is the fault of Barack Obama. If there's a big storm, if the stock market crashes, if your favorite football team loses -- it's all Obama's fault. Sweet
