			<description><![CDATA[<p>Ingredients:<br /><br />1 cup beer<br /><br />1 cup tomato juice<br /><br />1/3 cup onion, finely chopped<br /><br />5-6 cloves garlic, minced<br /><br />2 green chile peppers, seeded and chopped<br /><br />3 tablespoons olive oil<br /><br />2 tablespoons cider vinegar<br /><br />2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped<br /><br />1 teaspoon salt<br /><br />1/2 teaspoon black pepper<br /><br />Preparation:<br /><br />In a medium skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Cook until slightly brown. Add in the onions and chili peppers and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Place remaining ingredients into skillet, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat.
