One told me he can't afford it because of his wife's diabetes. They want 800 a month. Even if they get it, they have to wait 2 years and show good levels in her testing through the 2 years.

The other friend said they want 1600 a month. He's a cancer survivor. High risk.

Now who will tell me we don't need reform?

If everyone chipped in 10 percent, the problem would dissolve.
