Health care woes

Published:

Updated:

I was talking with a couple of co-workers about health insurance. Both are not covered by their employer. One told me he can't afford it because of his wife's diabetes. They want 800 a month. Even if they get it, they have to wait 2 years and show good levels in her testing through the 2 years.

The other friend said they want 1600 a month. He's a cancer survivor. High risk.

Now who will tell me we don't need reform?

If everyone chipped in 10 percent, the problem would dissolve.

This wasn't a problem 60 years ago, so why is it a problem now? Get to the root of that question and the problems might be solved.

I gave you 2 specific issues and all you could come back with was what happened 60 years ago.

I give up !
