It is 100% legal, according to international law -- which dates back to 1907, and was most recently updated in 1994.<br /><br />Secondly, the "flotilla" was NOT intended to bring relief supplies. Even the George Soros funded Media Matters made the statement today that it was (and still is) 100% dedicated to breaking the blockade, with the delivery of relief supplies being incedental to the cause of breaking the blockade.
