			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;@Rick G:  The Clinton investigation cost so much because in that case there was Bill Clinton and his political machine fighting the government in court, which I&#x27;m sure you&#x27;re aware is very expensive.  If he did not fight the investigation, it would not have cost so much.  The dead terrorists could not fight the government, resulting in much lower costs.  However, that being said, I rather doubt that the entire 9/11 investigation cost a mere $600,000.
