I tried the online dating thing and ended up marrying the "Love of a Lifetime" so to say. I was running into too many idiot women who were: 1. Abused before and taking it out on me. 2. I'll bet lots of people have given the internet dating scene a whirl. Many won't admit it, though. I thought it was a kind of fun experience, even if it was disappointing in the long run.
